Meet Arielle Wright

Founder of Lamont Lee Consulting

Arielle Wright, M.Ed., is a dedicated early childhood education consultant, leadership trainer, and advocate for workforce transformation. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the classroom and in leadership, Arielle is passionate about supporting the educators who shape young lives every day.

As the founder of Lamont Lee, she brings a human-centered approach to professional development, CDA credentialing, and operational consulting. Her work is rooted in transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and a deep belief that when educators are supported, children thrive.

Arielle holds a master’s degree in education and is currently pursuing her doctorate in organizational leadership. She’s helped dozens of centers align with state standards, empowered teachers to grow professionally, and coached directors to lead with confidence and clarity.

Whether she’s facilitating a workshop, designing a custom curriculum, or consulting one-on-one, Arielle leads with compassion, care, and commitment to quality.
