Arielle Wright, MEd,- Founder & CEO
Arielle Wright, MEd, is an early childhood curriculum consultant and leadership strategist with 20 years of experience across Early Childhood Classrooms, Center Leadership, Executive Administration, and Systems Level Training. Her work focuses on leadership development, workforce sustainability, and building practical systems that support long term program success.
Arielle began her career as a Preschool Teacher and advanced into roles including Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Leadership. Throughout her career, she has led program operations, guided staff development, supported compliance, and strengthened organizational culture during periods of growth and transition.
She also contributes to Statewide Leadership Initiatives, Supervisory Development, and Workforce Training that support educators and leaders across New Jersey. Arielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education Administration, with a focus on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Workforce Sustainability
Meet Nicole Bongiovi - Program and Curriculum Operations Associate
Nicole Bongiovi is a Program and Curriculum Operations Associate who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Phoenix. She holds a Certification in Leadership and Management and Payroll Fundamentals and brings nearly ten years of experience in early childhood education across classroom, program, and operational settings.
She currently serves as a Pre K 3 educator at a private school and coaches the girls’ volleyball team. Her background includes work as a preschool teacher, teacher assistant, and office support staff within YMCA child development centers, as well as instructional and caregiving roles in in home childcare settings. These experiences have given her a well rounded understanding of classroom practice, administrative functions, and center operations.
At Lamont Lee, Nicole supports administrative systems, program documentation, student records, and data management for training initiatives. She assists with CDA student paperwork, program tracking, outreach efforts, and the organization and preliminary review of curriculum materials. She is also being intentionally developed in curriculum analysis and quality review processes.
Nicole aspires to open a childcare center serving children with disabilities and is deeply committed to inclusive, well structured, and high quality early learning environments.
